yoli-poli will gladly exchange, credit, or refund your purchase of any yoli-poli merchandise if returned within 30 days of the shipping date, excluding Shipping & Handling and Gift Wrap charges. Please email returns@yolipoli.com to obtain a Return Authorization form and number. When returning merchandise, be sure to include your name, address, and RA# on the outside label (we will not accept any packages without a return name, address, and RA#). Allow two weeks for processing. All returns must have the original packaging slip/receipt and RA form to be returned or exchanged.
